As a frequent traveler to eco-resorts, I was astonished by the exceptional service at Sonesta. the staff, especially Michaille, was incredibly welcoming and professional, setting a high standard from the moment of arrival. the room's cleanliness and privacy exceeded my expectations, offering a peaceful retreat after long hikes. What truly impressed me was the advanced technology in the room, allowing easy access to streaming services on the TV for relaxation. the hotel's proximity to various dining options like MADISONS New York Grill & Bar made dining convenient and delightful. Sonesta not only met but surpassed my stringent criteria, making it one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. I look forward to returning for another exceptional stay.
